Elan Palm Reserve

Modern apartment residences debuting in 2024, the Elan Palm Reserve brings resort-style living to Lake Worth, FL, and a connection to South Florida’s most desirable beaches, dining, shopping, and cultural amenities. Construction began in 2022, with the aim of offering more than 300 apartment units surrounded by paved walking trails, lush swimming pools, a two-story veranda and more.

Gator Gypsum collaborated with developer Greystar, designer Spina O’Rourke Partners, and general contractors Moraca Builders to supply a variety of quality building materials and support products for this project.
