How are your crews trained?
Gator, Olympia, R.S. Elliott, Kimco, Above Interior, and Construction Supply train and certify all operators in house to ensure that they are prepared to safely deliver materials to your jobsite. We hold regular safety training sessions for all employees and even offer a safety incentive program for our stockers and warehouse staff.
Can you special order a product for me?
Yes. We can order many specialty products like Fry Reglet aluminum trim, Armstrong® Axiom ceiling systems, colored ceiling tile, non-stock FRP colors, and a variety of tools and fasteners. If you need an item that you don’t see at one of our yards or on the website, let us know, and we’ll help get it for you.
Can you help me with my product warranty?
Absolutely! We can assist you with manufacturer warranty issues and manufacturer representation when necessary. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
What types of steel framing do you carry?
We stock 25-gauge to 16-gauge steel framing in a variety of lengths. We also offer full manufacturer support for all technical and engineering aspects of our steel framing and accessories.
Are you OSHA compliant?
Yes. We believe nothing is so important that it can’t be done safely. We are committed to full compliance with OSHA and DOT laws and regulations, and we conduct regular jobsite visits to check for crew compliance.
Can I pick up an order myself at a yard?
Absolutely! Customers can place will-call orders in advance, or they can visit a showroom to speak directly with our knowledgeable staff about specific needs. If you don’t see the tool or product you need, we will work with you to special order it.
Do you sell directly to homeowners?
Yes, we do! There is no project too small or customer too new for us to provide the high level of service we’re known for in Florida.

Gator Gypsum serves residential and commercial construction customers through its building supply yards across Florida (Bonita Springs, Brooksville, Clearwater, Gainesville, Lakeland, North Fort Myers, Ocala, Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa, and Wildwood).
Olympia Building Supplies serves commercial and residential customers through its construction materials yards across South Florida (Miami, Pompano Beach, Port St. Lucie, and West Palm Beach).
R.S. Elliott Specialty Supply, Inc., serves Florida construction customers from facilities in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, West Palm Beach, and Wildwood.

What type of fleet do you have?

Our fleet is dispatched from multiple yard locations covering Florida from Jacksonville to Miami, offering commercial and residential delivery within a ~100-mile radius. So yes, there's a good chance a truck is near you!
Do you offer before- and after-hours and weekend delivery?
Yes. If you need commercial construction jobsite delivery in Florida, before or after business hours or on weekends, our crews can do that, too. Gator, Olympia, R.S. Elliott, Kimco, Above Interior, and Construction Supply go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
What types of commercial deliveries do you provide?
Our expert staff is fully trained in delivering to commercial construction sites across Florida, and we understand the unique demands of the environment. We can deliver your materials using walk-ups, walk-downs, elevator roll-ins, buck hoists, and high-rise cranes. Our delivery fleet is modern, well-maintained, and able to deliver your materials when and where you need them.
Do you perform site inspections?
Yes. We regularly perform pre- and post-delivery inspections of jobsites to check safety, stocking conditions, equipment, and quality control.
Do you deliver to residential sites?
Yes. We use off-road drywall carts for sand and grass, and we can pre-deliver your drywall before your window installation if needed. We can also perform onsite delivery access evaluations.
Can you do a walk-up, walk-down, or hand-up at a residential site?
Yes, for a small additional charge.
